Frustrated Single Parents & Childcare

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with and helping a gentleman who was frustrated in his search to find a nanny or sitter. Now, his dilemma is that of many a single parent out there who has to share custody of their children with the other parent. Situations like his constitutes a part-time shifting schedule from week to week and having to find childcare coverage at various times throughout the day ( picking up and dropping off at school and staying with children until parent arrives).
